Refund policy

1. Our 30-day change-of-mind guarantee

Not happy with your MagMats for any reason? Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the product price in full, even if you've used it.

To claim:

  1. Email themagmats@gmail.com with your order number.
  2. We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions.
  3. Send the item back using a tracked service and email us the tracking number.
  4. We'll refund your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the tracking number. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

For change-of-mind returns:

  • You pay the return postage.
  • Please return all mats in the order. Bundles (such as the Complete 3-Piece Set) are refunded as a set.
  • Items lost in the post on the way back to us can't be refunded, so please use tracked postage.

Want a different size instead? Email us and we'll arrange an exchange.

2. Faulty, damaged or not as described

This section is separate from, and not limited by, our 30-day guarantee.

If your item arrives damaged, develops a fault, or isn't what you ordered, email us at themagmats@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll cover the reasonable cost of returning it, and you can choose a refund or a replacement where the problem is a major failure. For a minor problem, we'll repair or replace it, or refund you if we can't fix it within a reasonable time.

These rights don't end after 30 days. They last for a reasonable time depending on the product and the problem.

3. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
