Free shipping Australia-wide
Every MagMats order ships free with tracking, anywhere in Australia. There's no minimum spend.
Processing and delivery times
- Processing: orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery: most orders arrive within 7–14 business days of dispatch.
These are estimates. Remote areas, public holidays and peak periods can add a few days. We'll let you know by email if your order is delayed beyond these times.
Tracking
You'll get an email with your tracking number and link as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show the first update.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within Australia only. If you're using a PO box or parcel locker, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm it can be delivered there.
Multiple items
If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days. Each parcel has its own tracking.
Lost or delayed parcels
Your order is our responsibility until it's delivered. If it hasn't arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, or tracking shows it's lost or damaged in transit, email us and you can choose a replacement or a full refund.
Wrong address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away. We can update it any time before your order ships. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange re-sending.
